room is very spacious, modernly decorated (as shown in the photos), with a comfortable bed and pillows. room is great. hotel is very simple and not very big, situated in a quiet residential area, in general it is good. It has a small jacuzzi located in the penthouse with nice views, gym is not visited. It is not a hotel that has nightlife or anything. I think it is more for business trips, We were going to know Guipuzcoa. so we don't need anything else, pq we were late, It's good value for money. bit expensive for the services it has, As for the location. you can walk to the beach (15-20 minutes), we found a shortcut going by the sidewalk in front of the hotel until you reach a staircase and elevator that would take you down to Calle Pio Baroja and you arrived directly, tb you can go by bus,
I think it's a bit expensive for the services the hotel offers.

Modern hotel in good location. It is not in the center, but it is relatively close. The room was comfortable, with modern and new decoration, as well as the bathroom. In addition, they put us in a room that had a small lounge, with a couch and a TV. We didn't get breakfast included, since the continental one they offer in the cafeteria for 6 euros is more than fine. We have been to this hotel before, and we have repeated.
When we arrived, it was raining hard. As we couldn't find a parking space either in front of the hotel or close by, we had to park in the hotel car park. It's a small, uncovered car park, so the price seemed a bit high. Also, I think you should check more the cars that are parked in the free parking in front of the hotel, because there were several cars parked outside the lines, which in the end makes you lose 3 or 4 parking spaces. They write down the license plates of the clients' cars, so I think they should control it to ensure that those places are optimized (if that were the case, we would not have been forced to pay for the private parking). From our room (1st floor) there was no view, as it overlooked the buildings behind. The price seemed a bit excessive to us, but we saw that it was the average price paid in the city in those days.

The hotel was nicely presented, spotlessly clean offered good breakfasts and had a lovely location on the hill. The café bar was superb and the drinks were cold. In general the service was very good. Need to add, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

room was spacious and staff was very friendly at all times.
price-performance ratio is not right. It was expensive for the services it offered and location was too far from the centre although there was a bus stop nearby. On foot it takes more than 20 minutes. We made a reservation for three people, two adults and a baby. surprise is that in the room there was only the double bed, that although we requested a big bed it was two beds together. There was no extra bed in the room and when we went down to reception to say so, they told us that we had not requested the extra bed and that it cost 34 euros a night. It is true that we did not request it expressly, then, why do I make a reservation for three? if you don't give me an extra bed because I haven't paid for it, at least give me a double bed so that I don't have the board in the middle, right? I think I should have been informed about the policy of extra beds or I should have had more consideration and put a big bed in it since they put all three of us directly in the same bed. I thought the price of the extra bed was excessive, actually. It is clear that next time we will not repeat.

The staff at the reception desk were nice and courteous. Reasonably priced food is available in the bar for breakfast for vegetarians. The hotel has a fantastic location in the local area, very close to the city center between the 2 bays and Aiete hill of San Sebastian.

Hotel located outside the center, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk down the hill, but there is a bus stop near the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort, great. There is no hot or cold in the room or in the bathroom when you take a shower.
only thing I didn't like was that the day before I arrived at the hotel I warned in an email that my daughter was intolerant to cow's milk and drinks oatmeal and rice, asked if I could order that milk at the continental breakfast or take my milk home with me. They told me that there was no problem in taking it myself and that I could also ask in the cafeteria for the type of milk I needed, when we went down to the cafeteria for the continental breakfast, they told me that they did not give us oat milk, that it had to be at the breakfast buffet, they only let me drink soy milk. Finally the baby couldn't drink the milk because the soya milk wasn't consumed and oat milk wasn't allowed to be consumed because they didn't hire the buffet for breakfast, day before they didn't give me any.

We stayed in a clean, big, comfortable room. The room and service quality correspond to the idea of a 4-star rating.
In spite of being a good place overall, I wouldn't recommend it to people without a car, as the place is quite far from the beach/city centre. We had to come back at night around 1 or 2 am (no buses at that time, obviously) and I'm pretty sure we walked for more than 30 min, completely uphill, through deserted (at night) roads which almost seemed to be leading you out of the city.

Comfort and tranquility
It would have been simpler if the continental breakfast had been separated from the rest, not sure about how many pieces of bread or cups of tea, coffee were included as part of the continental breakfast. Also the toaster didn't work on the second morning. Lastely, the hotel tryed to charge a higher rate for both nights and I had to show them the booking with the correct charges
